Traps

The simulated trainer answers its control point for real (requestControl, setTargetPower, setIndoorBikeSimulationParameters, reset): the control point is where every real trainer bug has been, and a simulator that ignored commands would have caught none.
The test fake's control-point responses are delivered asynchronously on purpose. FitnessMachineControlPoint awaits its lock before it records the pending op code, so a synchronous response arrives first and is dropped, and every control-point test then times out after 5 s.
BleTransport and friends live in package:bluetooth and are re-exported here so consumers keep one import.

The code carries no comments, and test/conventions_test.dart fails on one: a name or a named constant says what, and the why goes here or in the commit message.
